The music video for the song “SEVEN EIGHT (Conquer Self) feat. Benjazzy“, from SUIKEN’s fifth album “THE MOMENT”, has been released. This track, produced by PUNPEE, features Benjazzy and stands out as one of the key collaborations on this milestone album. SUIKEN, a legendary figure in Japanese rap, is known for his role in the collective NITRO MICROPHONE UNDERGROUND and his activities with MONTIEN. After a 14-year hiatus, he has now released a solo album. “THE MOMENT” marks a departure from his previous group projects, showcasing a more individual and personal approach.
The album benefits from meticulous artistic direction, with DJ HAZIME and Cherry Chill Will serving as executive producers. Its tracks reflect SUIKEN’s current inspirations and emotions, brought to life through collaborations with talented producers such as MURO, DJ WATARAI, PUNPEE, K LARK, MAHBIE, U-Lee, and ZKA.
