Rude-α returns with a new song and music video with the Korean beatmaker Iamdl. His upcoming single, titled “Chaganjyu SHIT!!!” (ちゃーがんじゅーSHIT!!!), was released on September 18. Rude-α recently made headlines by composing the theme song for the documentary film “BELIEVE: The Men Who Never Give Up on Japanese Basketball“, which focuses on the Japanese men’s basketball team. This project saw unexpected success for a documentary. This new single follows “Music to Ikiru“, released in July, where the artist returns to his roots with sincere and straightforward lyrics. This latest work, born from the collaboration with Iamdl, explores themes of “love” and “lifestyle” in homage to his hometown of Okinawa. The music video, directed by Tarutaru, was filmed in Okinawa Prefecture. It aims to be a peaceful visual portrayal of the region, infusing each scene with the tranquility and beauty of its surroundings.
