The world of Japanese rap is buzzing with the announcement of the upcoming release of Mud’s second solo album, a member of the group Kandytown. MAKE U DIRTY 2 will be released on Friday, March 31, 2023, and the rapper’s fans have been eagerly anticipating this event since the release of his first album, MAKE YOU DIRTY, in 2017. Mud is an essential artist in the Japanese rap scene and within the Kandytown collective. His hard-hitting rap style and collaborations with other rap names have won many fans. The rapper has already presented three singles, including “Concrete Jungle feat. Mion“, “The Pain,” and “Resetter.“
MAKE U DIRTY 2 will offer 11 tracks produced mainly by Neetz, pj47, and CREEN CRACK. Listeners are eagerly waiting to discover these new musical creations, as well as the collaborations that Mud has been able to put in place with other artists in the Japanese rap world. The music video for “Resetter,” one of the album’s singles, was released on Kandytown’s YouTube channel on March 3. Fans were able to appreciate the quality of the music production and video and are even more excited to discover the rest of the album.
