The renowned Tennessee whiskey brand, Jack Daniel’s, is set to splash Tokyo’s music scene with an exceptional event titled “Jack & Music“. On Sunday, September 15, in Shibuya, the event continues the brand’s deep-rooted and long-standing connection with the music world. Jack & Music promises a “special experience to fully enjoy the present moment,” targeting those who resonate with the brand’s values and are passionate about their own creativity. Shibuya, a globally recognized cultural hub, will be the backdrop for this urban music event. Jack & Music will be held in two iconic live music venues in the same building: Spotify O-EAST and Duo Music Exchange.
At Spotify O-EAST, the spotlight will be on a diverse range of hip-hop, with headliner Murda Beatz, a world-renowned music producer who has collaborated with top artists such as Drake, Travis Scott, and Ariana Grande. The night will also feature performances by rising Japanese hip-hop stars, including ELLE TERESA, JP THE WAVY, and RALPH. Meanwhile, at duo Music Exchange, the atmosphere will be electrified by exciting B2B sets from popular DJs like OKAMOTO REIJI & LICAXXX, as well as SHINICHI OSAWA & JUN INAGAWA, offering a mix of sounds to keep you on your toes.
In addition to the main event, Jack Daniel’s will host a series of music events throughout Shibuya in September, all embodying the brand’s spirit. On Saturday, September 7, CLAAAAAAP × FULLHOUSE will showcase top DJs from Japan’s house and techno scenes at Circus Tokyo. Following Jack & Music, on Friday, September 20, ACiD, a techno/house event, will occur at WOMB. On Thursday, September 26, Music Bar Lion will host an all-genre event titled WASP & friend, and on Saturday, September 28, u-ha, organized by Tohji, will be held at O-EAST. This event promises to be a must-attend for music lovers and Jack Daniel’s fans alike. It will combine urban beats with the brand’s timeless spirit.
