Rapper INNOCENSE has released his new music video for “Night Blues,” featuring KN-SUN, MC from Osaka hip-hop group Improve. This track is from the album “PROGRESS“, available digitally since March 26, 2025. “Night Blues” presents a fusion of authentic rhymes and jazzy rhythms. Away from urban hustle, this track offers a refined sonic atmosphere. The cinematic narrative, carried by intoxicating lyrics and soothing melodies, creates a soundscape where both MCs share their blues, transforming their scars into enriching experiences. A release party will be held on April 27, 2025, at Compufunk Records in Osaka to celebrate the album’s release. This is a rare opportunity to witness an exceptional live performance by these two talented MCs.

INNOCENSE traversed underground scenes in Hyogo, Osaka, Tokyo, and Fukuoka before settling in Osaka. First Grand Champion of the Osaka Spoken Word Slam in 2006, he also traveled to New York in 2013 to perform freestyle shows. Recognized both for his freestyle talents and poignant lyrical descriptions, his concerts transport audiences into a unique universe. After three CD albums and several vinyl releases under his label SOUL EATER RECORDINGS, this fourth album “PROGRESS” represents the culmination of his experience and refined talent.

Originally from Toyama and based in Osaka since 1999, KN-SUN is an MC passionate about hip-hop culture. A member of the group Improve since 2002, with which he released two mini-albums and two full albums, he has long favored live performances using old school instrumentals and 90s classics. After participating in numerous projects as a guest, he finally released his first solo album “DAYBREAK” in September 2022, entirely produced by Goro Takayama.
